「めんどくさい税」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

1.1 カメラで撮影した画像

• 本アプリはカメラ機能を使用して写真を撮影します
• 撮影した画像は結果カードの背景表示およびローカル履歴の保存に使用されます
• AI画像分析機能を使用する場合、撮影画像は256×256ピクセルにリサイズされたうえで、カテゴリ判定および規模推定の目的でクラウドサーバー（Cloudflare Workers経由でAnthropic社のAPI）に送信されます
• 送信された画像は分析処理の完了後に即座に破棄され、サーバーに保存されることはありません
• AI画像分析を使用しない場合（手動カテゴリ選択モード）、画像は端末外に送信されません

1.2 利用データ

• カテゴリ選択、計算結果等の利用履歴は端末内のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます
• これらのデータは外部サーバーには送信されません

1.3 広告に関する情報

• 本アプリは第三者の広告配信サービスを使用します
• 広告配信のため、広告識別子（IDFA/AAID）が広告事業者に提供される場合があります
• 広告事業者のプライバシーポリシーについては、各事業者のWebサイトをご確認ください

1.4 分析データ

• アプリの改善のため、匿名化された利用統計情報（起動回数、画面遷移等）を収集する場合があります
• これらの情報から個人を特定することはできません

1.5 匿名デバイス識別子

• 不正利用防止およびレート制限のため、アプリ内で匿名の識別子（デバイスIDのSHA-256ハッシュ値）を生成・使用します
• この識別子は個人を特定できない情報であり、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報とは一切紐づきません
• 識別子は以下の目的にのみ使用されます:
  • AI画像分析のレート制限（1日あたりの利用回数管理）
  • 有害コンテンツ送信の検出・防止
• AI画像分析のリクエスト時に、Anthropic社のAPIに metadata.user_id として送信されます

1.6 コンテンツモデレーション

• AI画像分析機能の利用時、送信画像は安全性のスクリーニングを受けます
• 有害な画像（違法画像等）が検出された場合、該当デバイスのAI分析機能を一時停止します
• 児童性的虐待画像（CSAM）が検出された場合、Anthropic社のポリシーおよび適用法令に基づき、関係当局（NCMEC等）への報告が行われる場合があります
• スクリーニングは自動化されたシステムにより行われ、人間が画像を閲覧することは原則ありません

2. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的にのみ使用します:

• 怠惰税の計算結果の表示
• AI画像分析によるカテゴリ自動判定および規模推定
• 利用履歴の端末内保存
• 結果カードの生成とSNSシェア機能の提供
• 不正利用の防止（レート制限、有害コンテンツ検出）
• 広告の表示
• アプリの改善・不具合修正

3. 第三者への提供

以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供することはありません:

• ユーザーが自らSNSシェア機能を使用した場合（シェアされるのは結果カード画像のみ）
• AI画像分析の実行時におけるAnthropic社（AI分析）およびCloudflare社（画像中継）への画像データの送信（分析後に破棄されます）
• 法令に基づき開示が必要な場合（CSAM検出時の関係当局への報告を含む）
• 広告配信に必要な範囲での広告事業者への提供

4. カメラ使用について

本アプリは以下の目的でカメラへのアクセスを要求します:

• 先延ばしにしているタスクの撮影: 撮影した写真は結果カードの背景として使用されます
• AI画像分析: 撮影時にリサイズされた画像がカテゴリ自動判定のためにクラウドに送信されます（詳細はセクション1.1参照）。AI分析が利用できない場合は手動カテゴリ選択に切り替わります
• カメラへのアクセスは任意であり、許可しなくてもアプリの基本機能は利用できます

5. AI分析と手動カテゴリ選択

• 撮影時、AI画像分析が自動的に実行されます
• ネットワーク未接続時、AI分析サーバーが利用できない場合、またはAI分析がエラーとなった場合は、自動的に手動カテゴリ選択モードに切り替わります
• 手動カテゴリ選択の場合、撮影画像が端末外に送信されることはありません

6. データの保存と削除

• 撮影画像・利用履歴等のユーザーデータは端末内に保存されます
• AI分析のためにクラウドに送信された画像は、分析処理後に即座に破棄され保存されません
• アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されたデータはすべて削除されます
• アプリ内の設定から履歴データを手動で削除することもできます

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知します。

"Mendokusai Tax" (hereinafter "the App") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Camera Images

• The App uses the camera to take photos
• Photos are used for result card backgrounds and local history
• When using the AI image analysis feature, photos are resized to 256×256 pixels and sent to cloud servers (via Cloudflare Workers to Anthropic's API) for the purpose of category identification and scale estimation
• Transmitted images are immediately discarded after analysis and are not stored on any server
• When not using AI image analysis (manual category selection mode), images are never transmitted outside the device

1.2 Usage Data

• Category selections, calculation results, and usage history are stored only in local storage on the device
• This data is not transmitted to external servers

1.3 Advertising Information

• The App uses third-party advertising services
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) may be shared with advertising partners
• Please refer to each advertising partner's privacy policy for details

1.4 Analytics Data

• We may collect anonymized usage statistics (launch count, screen transitions, etc.) to improve the App
• This information cannot be used to identify individuals

1.5 Anonymous Device Identifier

• To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits, the App generates and uses an anonymous identifier (SHA-256 hash of the device ID)
• This identifier cannot be used to identify individuals and is not linked to any personal information such as name or email address
• The identifier is used solely for:
  • Rate limiting of AI image analysis (managing daily usage count)
  • Detection and prevention of harmful content submissions
• The identifier is sent to Anthropic's API as metadata.user_id when making AI analysis requests

1.6 Content Moderation

• When using the AI image analysis feature, submitted images undergo automated safety screening
• If harmful images (such as illegal content) are detected, the AI analysis feature will be suspended for the associated device
• If child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is detected, it may be reported to relevant authorities (such as NCMEC) in accordance with Anthropic's policies and applicable laws
• Screening is performed by automated systems; human review of images does not occur under normal circumstances

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used only for:

• Displaying laziness tax calculation results
• AI image analysis for automatic category identification and scale estimation
• Storing usage history on the device
• Generating result cards and providing SNS sharing functionality
• Preventing abuse (rate limiting, harmful content detection)
• Displaying advertisements
• App improvement and bug fixes

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share user information with third parties except:

• When the user voluntarily uses the SNS sharing feature (only the result card image is shared)
• Transmission of image data to Anthropic (AI analysis) and Cloudflare (image relay) during AI image analysis (images are discarded after processing)
• When required by law (including reporting to authorities upon CSAM detection)
• Provision to advertising partners within the scope necessary for ad delivery

4. Camera Usage

The App requests camera access for the following purpose:

• Photographing procrastinated tasks: Photos are used as backgrounds for result cards
• AI image analysis: When a photo is taken, resized images are sent to the cloud for automatic category identification (see Section 1.1 for details). If AI analysis is unavailable, the app switches to manual category selection
• Camera access is optional; core app functionality is available without it

5. AI Analysis and Manual Category Selection

• AI image analysis is automatically performed when a photo is taken
• When the device is offline, the AI analysis server is unavailable, or AI analysis returns an error, the app automatically switches to manual category selection mode
• When using manual category selection, photos are never transmitted outside the device

6. Data Storage and Deletion

• User data such as photos and usage history is stored on the device
• Images sent to the cloud for AI analysis are immediately discarded after processing and are not stored
• Uninstalling the App deletes all data stored on the device
• Users can manually delete history data from within the App settings

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Users will be notified within the App of significant changes.
